Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30 1991), better known by his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott), is an American rapper, singer and songwriter as well as record producer. The stage name he uses is a mixture of the name of his beloved uncle and the stage name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi), which is his first major label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing contract with Kanye's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. 's Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's debut long-form project, Owl Pharaoh, was self released in 2013. In 2013 Scott self-released his first full-length album, called Owl Pharaoh. He then followed it with Days Before Rodeo in 2014. Rodeo (2015), his debut studio album, featured the hit single "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was his first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott has released his second album together with Quavo Huncho Jack Huncho (2016). This album was the third album he had recorded with Astroworld. Scott also recorded his first Billboard Hot 100 #1 single, "Sicko Mode" which included Drake. Scott's album JackBoys was released late 2019 on Cactus Jack Records. It was a top 10 hit on the Billboard 200. After his single "Franchise" that featured Young Thug as well as M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the album compilation JackBoys. Scott was the first performer on the Hot 100 to have three songs hit the top spot within a year.
